It was just a fitting option for a momentary visit in McAllen with attractive and competitive value for money. The coffee pod machine in the suite was a nice touch for a warm drink in the morning. Check that things are clean before settling in, especially the linens.

Friendly staff and a clean environment made the initial stay pleasant. Unfortunately, the noise disturbances from adjacent rooms were significant, leading to sleepless nights. Despite enjoying the accessible amenities, the lack of effective noise control diminished the overall experience. It would be better if the hotel ensured quieter accommodations for families.

I had a lovely two-night stay in a disability-accessible King Room. The highlight was the made-to-order breakfast. the Egg White Omelet was truly exceptional! Just a tip, request a room away from the elevator to minimize noise disturbance. Overall, a pleasant experience!

However, the party noise from other guests on the third floor was quite disruptive during the early morning hours, which affected our overall experience.
